TITLE: National Coordinator Children’s Project and Prison

PLACE OF WORK Modena

PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION

Sharing the mission of the Association, the resource will have to define the development of the Children and Prison project, as well as implement and coordinate activities at national level involving and motivating volunteers, universal civil service, professionals, maintaining relations with national and international networks related to the area.

TASKS AND ACTIVITIES

Definition, development and management of the project
Management of related resources, verifying: programming, execution of activities, development, management, production of deliverables, monitoring, evaluation, control and reporting
Training support
Management of administrative-management practices
Participation in project promotion actions at national and international level
Participation in training meetings and meetings
Scouting national and international calls
Design support for participation in calls and funding

STUDIES, LINGUISTIC AND COMPUTER SKILLS

Master’s degree preferentially in humanities
Preferential postgraduate /Master’s degree
Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written (Liv B2/C1)
Excellent mastery of the main IT tools (Office Package, Google Suite,…)

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, SPECIFIC SOFT SKILLS

Proven experience in similar roles with experience in project management with volunteers in nonprofit facilities, associations, foundations,…
Proven experience in project management and coordination
Capacity in administrative and budgeting management
Experience of studies and research in the penitentiary field
Methodological approach, aptitude for organization and planning, combined with strong pragmatism
Ability to manage and conduct meetings within working groups
Incisiveness and determination to achieve project objectives/results
Communication and presentation skills
Reliability, integrity, correctness
Ability to manage/mediate any conflicts
Ability to relate to different interlocutors
Dynamism and ability to work independently and in teams
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with even very tight deadlines
Attitude to problem solving and management autonomy
